“Don’t talk to him!” Liv warned. “I’ll stop right now if you say his name again.”

A burst of static came over the receiver, but when it cleared Chris could still here what was happening. He could picture Merci’s hands on either side of Liv’s head, urging her to suck her harder.

Chris began to stroke his own dick in anticipation of her orgasm. It didn’t take long for it to grow in his hands. How could it stay soft when he was listening to Merci’s pleasure?

“Ohhh,” she moaned again. “That’s it. That’s it. Right there!”

Chris’ hand kept pace with Merci’s excitement, rubbing up and down on the length of his cock. He could picture Merci’s face—her eyes closed, her mouth slightly open, the air rushing quickly in and out.

He left off long enough to lick his hand. He could see in his mind’s eye Merci’s nipples standing out. Her large wonderful aureole puckering atop her breasts.

His own breath quickened and the sweat stood out from his forehead. He could hear just as clearly as if Merci were touching herself right here in this room. Only Merci wasn’t touching herself. Liv was sucking on her pussy—bare white ass thrust up in the air, hairy red pussy protruding from between her legs, free hand rubbing furiously at her clitoris while she pleasured Chris’ girlfriend.

Chris wanted them both, wanted to drive his long, hard shaft deep into Liv’s tight cunt instead of pumping it here with his own damn hand. He wanted to grind Liv’s face deep between Merci’s thighs, smearing her cheeks in Merci’s love. He wanted to shove Liv to the side and take her place inside his woman, shoving his hard cock deep between Merci’s lips, watching himself as he pulled out and plunged in again.

White cum bubbled forth over Chris’ fist, smearing across his fingers and back down his cock. Over the phone, he could hear Merci enjoying a much stronger, far more exciting orgasm.

Suddenly the cum spilling over his hand was just another part of the mess in his life. He shouldn’t be here alone. He should be at Merci’s house, fucking both women.

He’d blown it again.

Chris hung up the phone in disgust.

Chapter Thirty Nine

Liv

Liv lay back in the pillows and listened to the sounds of Merci’s shower. She stretched her muscles and felt a trill of triumph from the bottom of her toes to her finger tips. Her body was alive with the knowledge of her impending victory from the tingling fires in her pussy to her oh so sensitive nipples. She was breaking Chris and Merci up! A couple more pushes and the two would be irreconcilable!

It was amazing how easy it all was. Liv had thought she’d have to work at it, build up a little jealousy and create a few misunderstandings. But Chris had played right into her hands and as a bonus she had gotten a night with Merci thrown in as well.

Confidant that Merci couldn’t hear her at the moment, Liv picked up the phone and found Chris’ number in the caller ID, preparing to set another nail into their dating coffin.

Chris answered, his voice sleepy and not too cognizant. “Hello.”

Liv began to spin her lie. “I’m calling for Merci. Are you awake enough to understand?”

Chris grunted. “I’m listening. What’s up?”

“She’s very angry at you, Chris, but you know Merci. Against my advice, she’s decided to give you one very tiny chance to make things right again. Are you listening?”

She thought she heard the sound of him swallowing. Good! Let the bastard get drunk again.

“You are going to wait at home for us tonight! We’ll come over sometime—after we go out on the town. If you’re not there when we arrive, it’s all over between you and Merci. If you call before we get there and spoil our evening, you’re also done. That’s all!”

“What?”

“Pull your head out of the bottle! Wait at your house tonight until we arrive and Merci may forgive you. Don’t wait for us, and you’re done.”

“Let me talk to Merci.”

“You’re not listening! She’s angry. She doesn’t want to talk now. But she’s willing to give you one more chance, if you do things her way this time.”

“And that is?”

“Just wait for us. We’re going to go out and have some fun and then come over to your place to sort things out. All you have to do is stay home, don’t call, and wait for us to arrive. Got it?”

“Well, okay-”

Liv hung up feeling good about herself, then suddenly worried that Chris hadn’t really understood her instructions. One call from him could spoil her plan. “Hell, not even he could be that stupid.”

She got out of bed and began looking through Merci’s closet, wondering exactly how she would finish snaring Chris in her trap. She already knew how she would distract Merci. Get a few drinks in Merci’s belly and she’d go for any handsome man Liv pushed her way. But Chris didn’t trust her and that would make him harder to manipulate.

When she saw the pith helmet and safari outfit in Merci’s closet, she stopped worrying and started planning Chris’ destruction.

Chapter Forty

Merci

“We need to go out and have fun tonight,” Liv announced.

Startled, Merci looked up at Liv, not realizing until that moment, that she had been lost in thought. “I need to call Chris,” she said. “We need to sort things out.”

“No, no, no, no, no!” Liv said.

“I...look Liv, last night and this morning were...special. But I love Chris, and...I’m not a lesbian.”

“I know that,” Liv laughed. “I’m not a lesbian either—just a little bit bi when I’m drunk and horny. But honey, Chris screwed up last night and you need to teach him a lesson. He didn’t wait for your call like you told him to, and he probably played around on top of that.”

Merci shook her head. “You don’t know that.”

Liv stared at her. “He said he lost his cell phone and fell asleep in his car. I don’t believe that’s all that happened and neither do you.”

“But-”

“It doesn’t matter. What does matter is that you have to punish him! If you don’t make him pay for standing you up he’s going to start taking you for granted.”

“But-”

“It’s just one night. We’ll go out on the town, dance a little, have some fun, and remind you that there are other men out there if you decide you’ve had enough of this guy.”

Merci stopped protesting. A night on the town did sound like fun. And she really was hurt that Chris hadn’t waited for her call. “You don’t think a night apart will be bad for us?”

“Honey, you can’t go crawling back to him when he’s the one who did wrong. You make him do the crawling, but with an arrogant SOB like Chris, you’re going to have to worry him first or he’s never going to admit how badly he’s screwed up.”

Merci considered Liv’s plan. “And you think going out without him will do that?”

“Honey, he’s taking you for granted. Once you remind him he’s not the only game in town he’ll start to get worried. Refuse to take his calls and he’ll start to panic. If he’s half as stuck on you as you think he is, he’ll be begging to get back under your dress by this time tomorrow. Now do you want to go have some fun?”

Merci enjoyed the image of Chris naked on his hands and knees with his head beneath her dress. “Let’s do it,” she said.

Chapter Forty
One

Merci

“Jesus, Merci, it’s been two months, not two years.”

Liv make no effort to conceal her exasperation and that made Merci feel defensive. “I just don’t feel right. It’s like I’m stepping out on Chris.”

Liv’s face was growing red and Merci didn’t think that the heat in the club was responsible. “He’s the one who stepped out on you!”

Merci started to protest, but Liv cut her off. “Look, I’m sorry. Maybe I’ve stepped over the line. But it’s not like I’m asking you to go down on some stranger here. I just want you to dance and have some fun and let Chris think about life without you for a while. What’s the harm in that?”

Merci wasn’t sure that there would be any harm, but a lot of things were unsettling her as they percolated in the back of her mind. First, this was Chris and Merci’s first real fight and Liv’s
punish him
strategy didn’t feel right to her. Add to that the uncomfortable fact that Liv didn’t like Chris and Merci just wasn’t certain that she could trust her friend’s advice.

Finally, there was the whole issue of cheating. Merci didn’t know whether Chris had stepped out or not, but she was forced to admit that she had. Her plan had been for a healing night of soul-searching discussion, but what had actually happened was that she and Liv had spent the time making each other come. She didn’t know that punishing Chris was the best way to cope with her guilty feelings.

Merci drank down her second screaming orgasm and set it on the bar. She thought that she had finished it a minute ago, but clearly she was wrong. Not that it mattered—she had finally made up her mind. She would go home, call Chris and try to patch things up.

“Oh, look,” Liv said, “Isn’t that Ed Thomas? And who’s his friend?”

Merci looked past Liv to see Ed and another man cutting through the crowd in their direction. They were both younger than Merci and Liv, at most two or three years out of college, and strong and handsome in their matching white shirts and blue jackets.

“Ed,” Liv rose to greet him, standing up on the tips of her toes to give him a perfunctory kiss on the lips. Ed still had to bend down to accommodate her. He was at least six foot six, a former college line backer who hadn’t yet lost his physique. He had dark eyes and hair and a very cocky grin.

“Liv, you look fabulous,” he told her before turning his attention to Merci. She had only met him once before in passing and she didn’t recognize his friend.

Merci stood to give Ed a peck of her own, but she put her foot down wrong and fell hard against him. His chest and abs might have been carved from granite.

“Careful there,” Ed said, catching her in his arms. He seemed to be in no hurry to let her go again.

“And who is this?” Liv asked.

“Brian.”

The man was identical to Ed in every way save two inches in height. He offered Liv his hand and bent down to peck her lips when she accepted it.

Merci pushed herself back in her chair and picked up her drink again. In the back of her mind, something seemed odd about that, but Ed was talking and she quickly forgot about it.

“I’m glad we saw you when we did,” Ed told them. “We were starting to get bored and thinking about moving on. Now I think we’ll stay a bit.”

Merci liked the way he appraised her—bold and confidant. Added to the pleasant rush of alcohol it generated a nice flush of heat within her body.

She took another sip of her drink.

“Good timing,” she agreed. “Liv and I were just talking about going home.”

“I hope you’ll stay a while longer now that we’re here,” Ed said.

“For a while,” Merci said, unconsciously smiling at the suggestion.

Behind Ed, Liv traced her finger along the muscles on Brian’s chest and the ex-jock grinned like the Cheshire Cat.

The bartender brought Ed a drink and he leaned closer to Merci so he could accept it. Merci liked the rugged smell of his aftershave and despite the heat in the bar was a touch unhappy when he straightened up again.

Ed must have had similar feelings because he ended up closer to Merci than he had started. His free hand dangled enticingly against her outer thigh, just above Merci’s knee.

He swallowed a mouthful of whiskey. “I can’t believe I’d forgotten how beautiful you are.”

Merci smiled at the obvious pick up line. “Aren’t Liv and I a bit old for you and your friend?” It wasn’t really a concern for Merci. Ed and Brian were obviously adults. But while she was enjoying the younger man’s attention, she didn’t want him to get any ideas about going further than this club.

Ed looked unimpressed with her argument. “We’re not teenagers, and you’re not old.”

“I think Liv agrees with you,” Merci said. Brian’s hands were already about Liv’s waist and hers were entwined around his neck. By the time Ed turned around to look at them, their mouths were joining in a far from perfunctory kiss.

“I think they have the right idea,” Ed said. He put his glass down on the bar and cupped Merci’s chin.

She started to pull away. “Wait a minute-”

Ed’s mouth closed on top of hers, both tender and insistent.

Merci felt the kiss in her nipples and her pussy, as well as on her lips. A hot flush overwhelmed her. She tried to rise from her stool but the room span and for the second time that evening she collapsed into Ed’s arms. Her breasts flattened against his chest and she had trouble catching her breath.

Ed’s lips found Merci’s again, forcing her mouth open so he could explore her with his tongue.

Merci suddenly realized what her problem was. How on earth had she gotten so drunk? She knew she tended to get horny with a few drinks in her. Guys began to look too good and her judgment faltered. It was time for her to get up and leave—just as soon as she tasted Ed’s tongue one more time.

The muscles of his chest were so well defined that Merci just wanted to run her hands over them, exploring the contours of his pecs and the grooves between his abs.

Ed was getting hungrier now, his lips more demanding, and his tongue more insistent. His hands began to roam her body, moving down to squeeze her ass, and then up past her waist sliding deliciously near her breasts. A growing bulge in his trousers began to push against her, adding an even greater sense of urgency to the heat roaring between Merci’s own legs.
