“Both our interests, I believe.” Once again, there was that
husky voice of hers that he thought he had screwed right out of her. She slid
her finger across his jaw and her head tilted. “You know, you never did answer
my question.”
The question he remembered clearly. No-strings-attached with
this woman? To indulge in his every fantasy that he could possibly dream up
because he had no doubt she’d fulfill every damn one. “You first—are you
signing the merger?”
“Tomorrow, I will.”
While this could have serious ramifications, considering
