They fucked her in a frenzy, spurning them all toward orgasm. She tightened her holes, reaching her hand over to play with the largest man’s balls. Teeth raked her back and sunk into her skin. She screamed against the orgasm that took her, tightening her walls on the cocks that filled her holes. She erupted into spasms, shaking against the waves of pleasure. Teeth sank into her neck and back, and Zoey felt herself lost in the waves of pleasure. The cocks in her pussy exploded, filling her with the liquid her body demanded. Cum spurted against her side, and Zoey moaned at the loss of the wasted gold. She panted as the cocks slowly shrank before pulling loose of her body.

Holy Mother Earth,
a musical voice said in her head, and she found herself nodding. Zoey shot up in surprise, realizing that she had heard a mate bond.

You don’t have to tell this birdy twice. I mean Dayammm,
another voice agreed.

That was fucking hot,
the third voice said, and Zoey looked between the three smiling men.

Please tell me you actually rolled the crowd. I was caught up in just fucking
, one of the men stated.

“So who wins?” the Elf asked with a smile that stated he already knew.

“Take your prize, and your tips. You may leave our territory unharmed, by any means,” the man who had held her for the last year stated with a look that promised retribution. Zoey thought about trying to hide her body from the crowd that was staring, but decided it wasn’t worth it since they had already seen it.

The Elf hopped down and collected the money from the waiters who were collecting cash. Zoey tried to stand, only to find her legs didn’t work right. The largest man had zipped his cock up, and Zoey stared at the hidden cock in disappointment. He smiled widely before picking her up from the dirty floor. The Elf hopped back on the stage as the smaller man finished dressing. He opened a portal, and the largest man carried them through to whatever was waiting on the other side.

Chapter Twelve

Jason made himself at home in the tree house he planned on living in for years to come. He liked the earthy home that the Elves had created. There was something about living in a tree that appealed to his Phoenix. The woman looked at home in the tree herself. Jason decided that it had to be an Elvin trait. He wondered how she would react to all of this. Guardian City was originally built by Elves, so she should feel more at home here than he did. Somehow, as long as his mates were present, Jason was happy wherever. “I’m Demend, but everyone but Nathan calls me D,” D introduced, and Jason smiled at the silver-skinned goddess.

“I’m Jason, or Jace, as D calls me.” Jason tried to stop smiling by crushing his lips together, but the smile remained.

“I would be Nathan, or He-man, or Caveman if those two are irritated with me,” Nathan stated, wearing the same smile Jason was doing his hardest to hide.

“Zoey,” the woman said, and Jason decided the name fit her.

“I have to go find Pandora,” Nathan said before giving them each a kiss in turn. Nathan turned around too quickly, and Jason’s head spun through their bond. The liquor was wearing off, but a headache was forming in its place.

“Where are we?” Zoey asked curiously as D handed her a shirt of his and some jogging pants. She dressed quickly, and Jason watched as the material covered up the skin he wanted to lick.

“The Guardian City, but it used to be called Sun City,” D explained, and Jason found himself nodding in agreement.

Jason waited until Zoey was dressed before pulling her toward the kitchen. He made a salad, knowing Elves tended to be vegetarians. He cut up chicken, and left it to the side of the salad. He made a quick bowl of salad for everyone, adding chicken to the top of three of them. He left Zoey’s salad plain, figuring she would comment if she wanted chicken, too. D ate quickly, promising he would return shortly after checking on the pack.

“There’s a pack here?” Zoey asked after D had disappeared.

Jason explained that the pack was now D’s, but had been Nathan’s at one time. He told her of their recent experiences, and how they had been led to find her. He spent more time on telling her of Pandora, and that she had just come to live here. Zoey took it all in silence, doing the Elvin contemplation that Jason was used to from Angel.

“So, I’m now a mate to an Alpha, and an Elvin Prince, his beta. That leaves the two of us out. What are we supposed to do?” she asked after a moment of thought.

“I don’t know. I just got here. I thought of that myself, and Nathan told me it would all work out in the end. I guess our job is to help our mates when we can. I figured between the two of us we could find something to do to help out. There’s so much here to do. The city is still opening shops, and our borders are open for trade. Maybe your connection with your people could help,” Jason pointed out optimistically.

“Maybe, Dark Elves don’t tend to leave the caves very much. They are very secretive. It is how we have survived so long,” Zoey explained.

“Well, you are at least an Elf. There has got to be some common ground,” Jason pointed out, trying to stay on the bright side of things.

“We aren’t like Sun Elves.” Zoey shook her head.

“What are you like?” Jason asked curiously.

“We like dark places, like caves. We like potions and dark magic. We worship animals that do well in the dark. Survivers, like the mole, and we do it religiously. It is a major aspect of being a Dark Elf. Worshiping our animal guide it is the biggest responsibility of a Dark Elf’s life.” Zoey moved her hands as she talked. Jason liked the way she explained not only in words, but with her body. It was almost like a dance filled with religious beliefs.

“Do you have an animal guide?” Jason asked curiously.

“Yes, the mole is mine. Determined, and strong, despite its size.” Zoey nodded her head.

It didn’t matter. They had found their mates, and that was the important thing. Anything else could be solved easily, as long as they did it together. Jason vowed that he would learn more about fighting. As an Alpha mate, he needed to be able to defend himself against whatever would come in the future. On top of that, they had a teenage girl that depended on them to be alive when she needed them. The future looked bright, and they had time to figure out where they were going from here.

Nathan and D walked in with a smile, followed by the Betas. Pandora eased through the door, smiling at the sight of another female in the house. Jason had to agree with her sentiments. They needed a female touch in their lives. Zoey smiled at the young girl, and Jason knew that everything would work itself out. Together.

Four Weeks Later

Zoey went in search of her three wandering mates. The last few weeks had been an eye opener for her, but she had never really had any contact with any of their species before the last month. Living in the caves, she very rarely had a chance to see daylight. Her eyes still burned in the bright sun, but it hurt less every day. In fact, she found she liked living in the light. She worried that she might be losing her heritage by living in the light, so she offered gifts to her animal guide in hopes of being guided while she was away from her kind.

At first, her mates had driven her crazy, checking on her more times than she could count in a single day. It had annoyed her that they thought she couldn’t handle herself. Finally, she had enough of their coddling and attacked them. The fist fight had only lasted a few seconds, each of her men receiving a punch to the jaw, but it had proven that she was capable of being alone.

She had sent messages to her family of Dark Elves, though giving directions had been hard to do. She had become so used to secrecy that she knew she was breaking a code of conduct used by all Dark Elves. She only hoped her family could understand. Dark Elves very rarely found their mates, and hers had become the most important thing in her life.

She had learned so much since coming here. She hadn’t really known how other species lived, or what made them unique in their own ways. She found she liked the differences. Each had their own strengths and weakness. Each species was picky about certain things, or carried traits only found in their species.

Wolves were picky about the smell of things. Phoenixes had a tendency to get into more trouble than imaginable, but Jason always had the best intentions. The other day she had spent the entire morning cleaning up after his introduction of hard liquor to the Dwarves. There had been green slime covering the walls, and she had been left trying to figure out how to scrape it off. He also had set up a nursery for the younger Shifters, but sadly, that had been a complete mess, too. She ended up having to step in by mid-afternoon before Jason ended up being more than just a chew toy for the outgoing litters of pups.

It hadn’t taken very long before she had been accepted into the pack. She loved how open these people were. Once you were considered part of the pack, they treated you as such. It was one of the things Zoey liked the most. They didn’t even mind answering her questions, which were many when she first started getting to know them. Pack life came with a whole set of rules, most of which she didn’t understand. Packs needed more structure than Elves, but she was learning.

D seemed to be a cross between a Shifter and an elf. Sometimes she could tell his inner beasts argued with his Elvin side, which he did his best to hide from her. But she was learning her Alpha mate well. Though, his moods were quick to change from playful to thoughtful. He was, by far, the brightest Elf she had ever met. Sometimes, she had to wonder if she were biased toward her men.

She had set up the Alpha status for the mates, so the duties wouldn’t solely fall on D. That way the city and pack could answer to any of them. So far, it had worked really well. She knew the pack appreciated being able to go to any of them to solve any issue. It had also helped bring D home for dinner at night. Their bond was very useful for talking decisions over, and then telling whomever the unified decision.

Jason had taken to dealing with most of the domestic pack issues, handling arguments and such. Nathan had found a flare in being a capable Beta. She, on the other hand, had become D’s personal guard. It made her feel better knowing that no one would ever get close to hurting her mate. She would kill anything that tried to take any of her men away.

Pandora had opened up plenty and was learning how to defend herself with various weapons. They all had a part in it, but it was obvious the teenager had taken to D the most. It had been Jason’s idea to train her, and she seemed to love it. Nathan spent the most time just talking to the young girl, and their bond had grown strong also. Her mates had proven more than capable of handling children. Someday, she planned on having a few of them running around. For now, she just wanted to concentrate on her life here in Guardian City.

Zoey stomped into the kitchen, not surprised to find her mates all around the table. It seemed males ate way more than females. Maybe it had something to do with their Shifter genes. “I have been looking all over for you,” Zoey said, trying to hold back her irritation.

The three men spun around, and Zoey smiled slightly at her luck. All three of her mates were handsome, thoughtful, caring, and hiding something. “What are you hiding?”

The three men stepped back and Zoey gasped at the Elvin art that lay on the table. It was a stained stone piece that said “Love” in a swirled colored pattern. Her hand went to her mouth at the trapped dead leaves and flowers that were hidden within the stone, and Zoey wondered how they did it.

“It’s beautiful,” she said simply, unable to put words to the feeling that was inside of her. She opened her bond so her men could feel her amazement.

“I picked flowers that had fallen from the plants, and Nathan collected the leaves. D put it all together. We wanted you to know how much we love you, and now you can always see it,” Jason said as he smiled widely.

“Love you,” D stated simply, and Zoey knew he meant it. The only way to make a piece like this was through love. Nothing else could fuel such creative thoughtfulness.

“I love you most,” Nathan said with a smile.

“I love you all! You are the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I am so grateful we are together,” Zoey jumped and gave each mate their own kiss.

“Now, since I have your love, there’s only one thing left you can give me,” Zoey said with a cunning smile.

“Name it.” D arched his eyebrow.

“Pandora needs siblings. Maybe, a little Phoenix, or a wolf, or a changeling, but I prefer one of each.” Zoey smiled and raced off to the bedroom with her three handsome mates quick on her heels, laughing.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I am currently attending American Public University for my BA in sociology. I am in a domestic partnership of five years with a wonderful woman, Racheal, who I just bought a house with. In a short span of time, we will be moved into our new house in Eminence, Missouri. We have a total of six furry family members, five cats and a puppy. Two of the cats are mine, Tyson, who we call Cub, and Chance. Racheal has three cats named Kiara, Miles, and Ravyn. The puppy is a full bred Shih Tzu, named Vincent Van Ghoul. Most of my time is spent keeping up with my homework, writing, or remodeling. Though, my favorite thing to do is play with the animals with their collection of toys, which has given me more ideas for my books than anything else.
