Chapter 21: Nazi

Laci didn’t know it but I knew tonight was the night of her rehearsal dinner. I had Jinx find out everything that was going on when it came to the wedding. I wasn’t talking to Laci, so there was no other way for me to find out but to have Jinx find out. I missed my sister like hell but she needed to suffer a little. Laci always had me in her corner whenever she needed me. It may sound harsh but she needed to feel the effects of her actions on her own. I could only try to talk her out of it for so long before I got tired of wasting my breath.

I loved my sister to death, which was why I was going to say my peace one last time. I was about to let all these muthafuckers have it because they never really liked me anyway. I appreciated everything Shirley and Dennis has done for me, but they never cared for me too much and I damn sure didn’t care for them. What pissed me off the most was the lengths Shirley would go to get Laci to marry Brett. Our mother wasn’t even alive. Shirley was playing with my sister’s intelligence and I wasn’t letting her go out like that. Jinx didn’t tell me the full story but I knew there would be no meeting with my mother.

“Damn ma, you trying to break up a wedding or are you trying to break hearts?”

I spun around to see Jinx standing in the doorway, eyeing me lustfully. I returned the stare, eyeing him as if he was a juicy steak. Jinx and I haven’t crossed that line yet but we damn sure danced on it a couple of times. Sixty-nine was the furthest we went so far, but it was something that I enjoyed. We both desired each other, but until he moved to the A, he wasn’t getting this cookie. I needed to know he was serious. Of course, he told me he was serious on several occasions but action spoke volumes compared to words.

“Oh stop it, I look okay.” I smiled. I was rocking an all-black pant suit with the blazer to match. The pants hugged my petite frame just right and underneath I wore nothing but my bare skin. The Blazer was deep cut, so my titties were on full view. On my feet, I rocked a pair of black red bottoms that made my legs look longer than they actually were. My pink shoulder length hair was stunning in big curls, giving my hair so much volume. I was dressed classy but my aura made the outfit appear much sexier than what it actually was.

“You fully clothed and you got my shit hard. I need you to stop playing with a nigga and let me give you this real shit,” he said, licking his lips.

I picked up my clutch and keys and walked right up on him. I was wearing heels and I was still short as hell compared to him. I had to wonder how tall their father was because him and Gunz was giants.

“I’ll give you some when you make that move. I need to make sure you A1 lil daddy. You could just be talking a good game,” I purred, wrapping my arms around his waist.

“I already told you I don’t talk game because that’s not me. But you good ‘cause I’m not going to keep trying convince yo ass that I’m the real shit.”

“Yeah whatever, give me a kiss so I can handle my business. The sooner I handle my business, the faster I will be able to get back home to you.”

“Mhmm, I like the sound of that. You sure you don’t want me coming with you?”

“You can drive me if you want. I don’t really wanna drive anyway.”

“Ight cool, let’s go.” He grabbed my hand and led me out the door.

We got in his Audi A8 and he took off. I plugged my phone into the Aux cord. I searched my phone, trying to find the perfect song to listen to. I stumbled on Kehlani’s song,
The Way
. She was a new artist but I loved her. Her music was just so raw and truthful; it spoke to the soul while giving you that laid back.

“You so damn important, everything you do shows me you know it. Behind it all, you are the motive. Don’t tell you enough, but baby I’ll shot it. He say the king where he come from. Takes a young queen just to know one. So baby I’m a drive it like it’s stolen. I’ma fix it like it’s broken. We can catch a flight out to London. Got to the mall spend a lump sum. They can try to catch up to us, but they’re too busy making assumptions.”

Jinx looked at me a couple times and seemed as though he was impressed with my vocal skills. I wasn’t the best singer like Jennifer Hudson but I could hold a tune like Ciara.

“You in your feelings I see?” he asked.

“Not really, this song just does something to me you know,” I said, then continued singing. “It’s the way you walk; the way you talk babe. It’s the way you love, the way you fuck, the way-”

“Nah, you have to stop right there because you don’t even know how a nigga fuck because you playing straight games.”

“Who said this song is about you?”

“I already know it is, so don’t even front. I’m the type of nigga that can make you lane switch.”

“Look at you trying to be cool and shit. I can’t take you seriously right now.”

“What you trying to say?”

“This ain’t even you is what I’m trying to say.”

“Maybe this is just the me you bring out. Let me get your phone real quick tho.”

“No, I’m listening to something; you’re not about to turn the song off to listen to your trap music,” I sassed.

“Who told you I listen to trap music and the song is damn near over, Nazi.” He laughed.

“All y’all dudes listen to that trap music shit. Thinking y’all be in the trap really whippin’ that work.” I did the little dance to let him know I was hip on game.

“You look a damn mess. You might be able to hold a little note or whatever but dancing not for you, lil shawty.” He snatched the phone from my hand and scrolled a little before he threw it back on my lap.

I looked at his sound choice and smiled just a little bit. Bryson Tiller was one of my favorite artists. Of course, Jinx would pick the song
Don’t
to play, but I didn’t mind at all because it was one of my favorites. The song played and was coming to the end just as we were pulling up to the 40/40. I thought this was an odd place for them to have their rehearsal dinner but I didn’t say anything. Before I could get out, Jinx took my phone again and replayed the song over.

“Get on my lap,” he told me. He leaned his seat all the way back and I sat on his lap. He grabbed my phone one last time and then the song switched to a Mase song. I couldn’t remember the name of the song but it was old as hell. I looked at him and he just smiled. The first verse came up and this nigga started rapping.

“Now, Jinx be the man wanna see you doing good. I don’t wanna get rich, leave you in the hood. Girl, in my eyes, you the baddest. The reason why I like you, you don’t like me cause my status. I don’t wanna see you with a carriage living average. I wanna do my thing, so we be established. And I don’t want you rockin’ them fabrics. Girl, I will give you karats ‘til you feel you a rabbit. Anything in your path, you want you can have. Walk through the mall, if you like it you can grab. Total it all up and put it on my tab and then tell your friends all the fun you had.”

The way he repeated the words with the song made it seem as if they were his lyrics. I stared into his eyes and I could’ve sworn I fell in love. I leaned forwards and I kissed him with everything I had. Something so simple as him rapping to me had me feeling things I never felt before.

“Chill out ma before I fuck you silly in this car,” he said, pulling away from me.

“I don’t care if you do at this moment,” I cooed.

“Slow up, you have to go help your sister. Family comes before all.” He was looking at me but I couldn’t respond. The only thing that was on my mind was me giving him everything I had to offer.

“Nazi, you listen to me, ma. Family comes before all this sexual shit. Now, get that lustful look off your face and go handle business.”

I kissed him one last time before easing off his lap and getting out of the car. I fixed myself before strutting into the restaurant.

“Bentley and Ferragamo union,” I said to the hostess with a smile on my face.

“Right this way and, if I may add, you are killing that suit,” she complimented.

“Thank you love.” As soon as I stepped foot into the private area, I spotted Laci sitting there looking miserable as hell.

“I think I will be able to find my way,” I told the hostess. She complimented me one last time, then walked away.

I grabbed a champagne flute, then strutted over to the family. “How are we having a family union when the whole family isn’t here?” I sarcastically smiled at everyone who was at the table. The majority of the people I didn’t recognize and didn’t care either. I was about to show my ass for them all to fucking see.

“Nazi darling, I’m glad you could make it. Come have a seat; we were just about to get started,” Shirley said, rushing over to me. She tried to push me into an empty seat, but I pushed her ass away.

I politely stepped on the chair, then stepped onto the table. Gasps were heard all through the room. I looked at everyone at the table with a smile on my face. When my eyes landed on Laci, she shook her head no and I winked at her. She would thank me for this in the long run.

“Nazi, what is the meaning of this?” my father shouted.

“I don’t know father; why don’t you and mother tell me the meaning of this. You are marrying my sister off as if she owes your raggedy asses something. You taking us in was supposed to be an act of kindness. However, it seems like it is much more than that.”

“Nazi, you don’t know what you’re talking about,” Laci sighed.

“No Laci, you don’t know what you’re talking about. You think you know these people and you don’t. You’re marrying Brett when you don’t even love him. What type of marriage do you expect to have with him? Shirley and Dennis are all out for self, Laci. The sooner you realize that, the better off you will be. I’m standing here on this table showing my ass, all for you to realize what I already know. You are making the biggest mistake of your life and I’m not going to stand here and let you do it.”

“WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS! GENTLEMEN, TAKE NAZI OFF THE TABLE PLEASE AND ESCORT HER OUT. ME AND MY SOON TO BE WIFE DID NOT INVITE HER HERE!” I turned around to see who the hell was talking because it couldn’t have been Brett.

I turned around, only to find out that it was him. Who would’ve thought someone so small would be able to raise their voice that fucking loud.

“Brett, shut the fuck up because you’re not nobody of importance. You not shit but your father’s fucking flunky. None of y’all better put your fucking hands on me,” I sassed, as about five men came to the table. “Laci, you’re really going to let them do this to your sister.” I looked at her and she had tears in her eyes, but she wasn’t saying anything.

The guys grabbed me and I started kicking and screaming, trying my best to fuck these big niggas up. I couldn’t believe this shit.

“All y’all mutherfuckers better get your hands off of that one.” This time, the voice wasn’t loud but you could hear the authority all through his voice. I smiled on the inside and I already knew who the fuck it was.

The sound of guns cocking back caused everyone to scream and these big bodyguard dudes to let me go.

“Nazi, get the fuck over here before I have these niggas light this shit the fuck up,” Jinx said.

“Hold on,” I told him.

Jinx’s guys had guns drawn and the bodyguard niggas had their guns drawn as well. This shit was looking like a Texas shoot out but there was something I needed to do before I left out of here. I walked up to Laci and pulled her into a hug. We shared a couple of tears before I whispered in her ear. I pulled out of the hug and told her that I loved her. I then walked up to Shirley and spite in that bitch’s face.

“You little wrench!” she screamed.

“Shut the fuck up!” I yelled back. I raised my hand and slapped the shit out of her. “You’re lucky all you’re getting is a fucking slap. You deserve much more for what you’re putting my sister through. You better hope I never get a gun in my hands because if I ever do, it will be the last time you will be breathing.”

The bodyguards rushed over to where we were and I walked right passed them, daring them to do something. I had all intentions on walking over to Jinx and leaving, but something about the look on Brett’s face caused me to change direction.

“Nazi, what do you want?” Brett asked me with a smug look on his face.

“You see all the pain written on my sister’s face. It’s because you put it there. Hurting my sister results in death.”

“And just who is supposed to kill me you?” His heavy laughter pissed me off even more. I raised my hand to smack and in mid-swing, he caught it. He was hurting my wrist with the extra pressure he was applying to it.

“Nazi, you don’t know the half of what I’m capable of. Don’t try to be superwoman when you’re fucking with the-” Brett never got a chance to finish his sentence because Jinx walked up on him and knocked the nigga out. I was surprised because Jinx just didn’t seem like the fighting type.

“Don’t say shit; just bring yo ass on.” He grabbed my waist, slapped my ass, then we walked away hand in hand.

“Where did all those guys come from?” I asked, once we got outside.

“Do you really think I wasn’t going to bring back up? You’re special to me, ma, and I refuse to let anything happen to you. I’ve never gotten my hands dirty in the past, but for you, I would paint the whole city red if I had to. You’re worth the jail time and so much more, lil mama.”
