This recipe was one my Great-Aunt Mary Etta Branum liked to make.

4 eggs

1 box brown sugar

¾ cup oil

2 cups Bisquick

1 cup coconut

1 cup pecans

2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together in order given. Mix by hand. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan greased and floured at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I’ve used walnuts instead of pecans and it tastes just as good.  Quick and easy recipe for summer.
