won India’s national translation prize in 2008. He is the South Asia editor of the
Norton Anthology of World Literature
, third edition (2012).

Wendy Doniger (O’Flaherty)
received her PhD from Harvard University and her DPhil from Oxford University. She teaches at the University of Chicago and is the author of over thirty books, from
