Load:
Safety catch is checked it is on SAFE and then a magazine is
     placed into the weapon.
Action:
Safety catch is rechecked and the cocking handle is pulled
     back then released. The bolt will guide a round into the chamber
     and lock it in place. Sights are checked or adjusted.
Instant:
Safety catch is switched from SAFE to FIRE.
