Alpha: Anyone who is strong or has a needed skillset (i.e. healer)

Ulfric: Male Alpha of the pack. There is only one within a pack (capitalized in direct address)

Lupin pack: Pack from the Yakama Nation Indian Reservation who have been absorbed into the Wahpawhat pack

Wahpawhat pack: Pack from the Yakama Nation Indian Reservation

Changed or Changing: Another word for shifting between animal and human forms

Elite guard: Someone with specialized training for protection within a pack. The group as a whole are title, Elite Guard

Werecats: Humanoid who changes to wolf

Werekind: All weres, also, can be used for those with were blood, whether or not they can change.

Shape-shift: Another word for shifting between animal and human forms.

Werebeasts: Derogatory word used for the feral, or wild weres not associated with a pack, clan, clowder, or other group of weres.

Seathe pack: Pack from the Seattle, Washington area.

Quinalt tribe: An Indian tribe in northwest Washington. Also have a pack.

True mate: One who’s destined for another, and when combined, the weres’ gifts become stronger, and/or more powerful

Shadow: A “pack” of werejaguars and werepanthers. They have a queen and live farther apart than the wolves

Submissive: Someone with lesser strengths or skills than others in the pack. Mainly used for group hunting, or extra front line fighters.

Pard: A “pack” of lions and tigers

Aswan: Term used by Lupin and Wahpawhat pack for a “made” werewolf

Rhodopis: Term used by shadows from New Orleans and those whose roots are there for a “made” werepanther

Zeuapwua: A werepanther’s fertile mating time

Upevitida zeuapwua: A female werepanther’s fertile mating time as lined up with human and most likely to conceive at this point.

Shiiplá tawtanú: Term for Wahpawhat’s Washington Native American healers who are also protectors, that become of a higher order. The wind, trees, and water talks to them. Usually only happens after they’ve found their mate, then gets stronger.

Cró Cruinnithe na Clainne: International name for meetings between the multiple werewolf pack that the three highest families in each pack go to.

Biography

Leona Bushman goes by many names but the most common one is superhero. She earned this name from saving a kangaroo from a tree—and yes that is as hard as it sounds. The dragons taught their queen how to write, and Queen Leona hasn’t looked back. Even when her muse tries to muck things up.
