Erik Cosselmon is the executive chef of
Cetrella Bistro & Café in Half Moon Bay,
California. Cosselmon graduated with
honors from the Culinary Institute of
America in Hyde Park, New York, and
worked in the south of France, in New York
at restaurants such as Tavern on the Green,
44 at the Royalton Hotel, Le Bernardin,
and Daniel, and in San Francisco at Rose
Pistola, where as executive chef he helped
make it one of the most celebrated dining
destinations in California. A creative and
dedicated chef, Cosselmon’s elegantly
rustic and full-flavored cuisine showcases
seasonal ingredients.
