“I think I am, actually.” He seemed so confident as he smiled down at her. “I can’t wait to meet Jayden. I just hope he likes me. But I’m mostly lookin’ forward to bringin’ ye both back here forever after it’s all settled over there.” His brow creased for just the slightest second with uncertainty. There was still so much to do before she and Jayden could move back here for good. The house needed to be sold, and she needed to work visitation out with Tyler, but she tried not to dwell on that.

“Forever. I like the sound of that, and try not to worry about Jayden. I’m sure he’ll come to love you as much as I do.”

Forever with Brady…someone needed to pinch her to make sure she wasn’t dreaming again. She couldn’t wait.

“That little squirt is all kinds of awesome. Don’t worry about it, he’ll come around,” Sam said and raised her glass for a toast. “So I say we drink to Ireland and to our families…”

“To new beginnings, and our happily-ever-afters...” Jenna chorused and held her glass high as well.

“To taking chances…” Callum cheered.

“And cherishin’ the women we love more than anythin’. We’ve taken a leap, my friends, and I don’t regret one minute of it.” Brady joined his frosted glass to theirs before taking a sip.

“I love you,” she said. “And thank you.”

“For what, love?”

She kissed him and then placed her forehead against his while she cradled his face. “For being so understanding.” She kissed him again. “For being so supportive, but most of all for loving me back.”

“That I do, love. I truly do.”

They finished their drinks and said their good-byes to each other. That toast seemed to have brought out an urgency in both couples for a little alone time together, and she couldn’t wait to make love some more.

About an hour later they were at Brady’s house and he had her spread out and writhing with need before him on a blanket in front of the living room fireplace.

“I need you, Jenna murmured. She giggled as he rolled her over so that he was on top. Stroking her hair away from her face, he gave her a little smile and whispered, “I think that can be arranged.”

“Good.” She lifted a brow. “Lay it on me, baby.”

“Christ, I love ye.” He traced her lips with his tongue before slipping it inside of her mouth. The warm wetness of their tongues met with a mutual passion, and he moaned when he pulled away to say, “Yer a witch, I swear it. I’ve never met a woman I’ve wanted more.” He smiled at her shocked expression. “I’ve been bewitched from the very start, and I can’t live without ye anymore, love. Marry me; let’s make this official.” He reached over to grab his pants, searched the pocket, and pulled out a small box. “I know ’tis soon and ye can take all the time ye need, just please say ye will.”

She gasped and stared between Brady and the platinum one carat diamond ring he held in front of her. “Really?” She nodded before he could say anything more. “Yes, Brady, yes.” She threw her arms around his neck and laughed. “This is so wonderful, thank you.”

“Jenna.” He chuckled. “Yer hangin’ on a li’l too tight, love, and I hate to be ruinin’ the moment but—” He loosened her grip around his neck. “Ah, much better.” He took the ring from the box and placed it on her finger with pride. “Good, ’cause I’m stakin’ my claim, and ye’ve now made it official. I can’t wait to make ye me one and only, Mrs. Connelly.”

“Mmm, I like the sound of that, Mr. Connelly. Now there’s only one thing that could make this perfect.” She kissed him.

“What would that be?” He raised a brow, silently challenging her to continue.

“Make love to me. I need you more than ever. I’m aching over here.”

His hips flexed, grinding his aroused flesh into her wet panties. “Like this?” he teased and did it again. “Or, maybe like this—” He lowered himself and trailed light kisses down her belly to love her every way he could. After hooking a finger in her underwear, he pushed them aside and flicked his tongue in and out of her opening. She moaned while lifting her hips and enjoyed every single moment. His tongue flicked, licked, pumped, and circled her aroused wetness until she cried out her release.

After wiping his mouth he climbed on top of her, pulled his hips back, and thrust his hips to enter her in one smooth stroke, and she vowed to do everything she possibly could to make him happy. And after whispering sweet sentiments and promises to each other, they took it slow, to enjoy the moment and their undying love.

Epilogue

Sam and Callum caught up to them and married the following summer with Jenna and Brady front and center beside them. Sam made a beautiful bride, and they couldn’t be happier.

Speaking of happier endings, Jenna and Brady were blessed further when she gave birth to their daughter. Shelby Sarah Connelly was born happy and healthy on a beautiful spring morning. It was another home birth by Jenna’s choice, but their little princess hadn’t been in a rush like her big brother had been.

Jayden adored her and loved getting another baby sister but whined once in a while that he wanted a brother because he was severely outnumbered.

Brady didn’t need any convincing. “Ye know, love, givin’ the children a brother sounds pretty good to me. Ye know how I love tryin’,” he told her and smiled wide.

Jenna laughed but agreed. Being a mother was a blessing, her best accomplishment and decision, so having a large family was never in doubt. “Sounds like fun. But we’ll be taking precautions for a little while longer.” The last thing Jenna needed to think about was the pain of delivery again, and the delay would give them all some time to adjust and enjoy little Shelby first.

The stork hadn’t finished his rounds by far, but it was Sam’s turn next.
